Anne King Forland
Born in Ireland, Anne King immigrated to
the United States with her family at the age of 15. She completed
her teenage years in Brooklyn, New York and was educated in
New York City at the City College of New York. In the 1960's,
Anne along with her husband and children, moved to Fairfield
County, Connecticut. It was at this time that Anne decided
to venture into Real Estate.
Anne has been with Coldwell Banker since
they first came to Fairfield County in the early 1980's. Prior
to this, she was with Reese Associates and Century 21, respectively.
She is widely respected for her tenure and knowledge of the
real estate industry and is recognized by her peers for her
kindness, generosity, honesty, and ethical practices. Anne
is fortunate enough to have substantial knowledge that is
foreign to many real estate agents in the Fairfield County
area: a keen understanding and vast background in home and
land development. For the past 30 years, both of her brothers,
Liam and Tom King, and her husband, Hans Forland, have been
developing land and building custom homes in Fairfield County.
Today, Anne resides in Wilton, Connecticut
with her husband. She has been married for forty years, is
the mother of five children and a grandmother to four.
